Christmas Processing Times
Good things takes time and effort! We are working as fast as we can. Depending on the volume of orders, processing time takes up to 8 working days. Please check the shipping times for your respective regions below and allow for delays during this season. Unfortunately we cannot tell you which exact day your order will arrive.
Cut-off date for Christmas delivery
UK - 9th December, Europe - 6th December , Rest of world - 10th December
We will of course still be despatching orders placed after the cut-off dates, but please bear in mind the orders may not reached you before Christmas. We cannot cancel or refund an order that has been shipped.
SHIPPING
* FREE UK delivery on orders over £30. Standard shipping £3.99, delivery 1 - 5 working days.
* EU orders tracked delivery 5 - 10 working days, starting from £7.99.
* Rest of world tracked delivery 7 - 12 working days, starting from £8.99.
** Shipping time is an estimate provided by courier. Please expect possible delays, we cannot cancel or refund an order that has been shipped.
Processing Time
Processing time is 1 - 5 working days, depending on stock availability.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country. We always recommend customers ordering from outside of United Kingdom to check with their import/ customs department for an estimated cost, so you are aware of any charges you may be required to pay.
Please always provide a correct mobile number and email address. If these information are missing or incorrect then customers cannot be contacted and parcel may be returned to us. Return charges and cost of resending the parcel will be applicable.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All our clothing and art is custom printed-to-order so unfortunately returns will only be accepted if: Items are damaged upon arrival OR Items are not as described.
If your items arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at sales@thebanksyshop.co.uk with a photograph of the product so we can arrange for replacements.
If your tracking status shows 'delivered', but no parcel has been delivered, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve this for you.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
UNCLAIMED/ RETURN TO SENDER/ INVALID ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing the correct address, and collecting parcels on time before they are returned to us. Customers will be responsible for the original shipping charge plus the cost of package being returned to us (if any). This amount will be deducted from your refund. Items can also be re-shipped for a fee.
